These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making any booking.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • These Terms & Conditions

  • Our Privacy Policy

  • Any additional notices published on our website

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.


2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or

  • Use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

By making a booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


3. Services Provided

Star Wings Tourism and Travel LLC offers travel-related services subject to availability, supplier policies, seasonal conditions, airline/hotel regulations, and UAE government laws.


A. UAE Visa Services

We provide:

  • 30 & 60-Day UAE Tourist Visas

  • Urgent / Express Visas

  • A2A (Airport-to-Airport) Visa Change

  • B2B (Border-to-Border) Visa Change

  • Visa Extensions (Inside UAE)

  • Visa Renewal & Cancellation

  • Overstay Assistance

  • Lost Passport Immigration Support

  • GCC Resident Visa Assistance

  • 5-Year Multiple Entry Visa Support

  • International Visa Assistance

Terms:

  • All visa fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Immigration decisions are final and beyond company control.

  • Star Wings is not responsible for rejection, delays, or remarks by immigration authorities.


B. Overstay, Absconding & Sponsor Liability (Strict Clause)

Legal Responsibility

  • In case of overstay, the sponsor is legally responsible for:

    • Overstay fines

    • Absconding charges

    • Immigration penalties

    • Legal expenses

  • The traveler is equally responsible for complying with UAE immigration laws.


Legal Action Clause

Star Wings reserves the right to take legal action against both client and sponsor for:

  • Unpaid fines

  • Absconding cases

  • Visa misuse

  • Overstay penalties

  • Financial losses caused to the company

Cases may be escalated to:

  • UAE Immigration

  • Police / CID

  • Public Prosecution

  • UAE Courts


A2A Visa Change Responsibility

If visa processing is rejected, delayed, or on hold beyond 24–48 hours:

  • The client/sponsor must arrange a return ticket immediately

  • The company is not responsible for ticket issuance or cost

  • All related expenses must be borne by the client/sponsor

Failure to comply may result in legal action and reporting to UAE authorities.


B2B Visa Change Responsibility

If visa approval is delayed beyond 48 hours or rejected:

  • The client/sponsor must issue a return ticket immediately

  • Star Wings will not arrange or fund tickets

  • All costs remain the client’s responsibility

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Legal action

  • Reporting to UAE authorities

  • Recovery of all financial losses


Visa Security Deposit Refund Policy

Sharjah Visa Deposits:

  • Refund processed after file closure in immigration system

  • Timeline: 15 working days

  • Delays are beyond company control

Dubai Visa Deposits:

  • Refund initiated after file closure

  • Timeline: 7 working days


Overstay Impact

  • Even 1-day overstay = deposit becomes non-refundable

  • Immigration may deduct fines directly from the deposit

  • No refund possible once utilized


Eligibility for Refund

Refund applicable only if:

  • No overstay

  • No fines or violations

  • Proper exit from UAE

  • Visa status marked “Closed”

  • No pending investigations


Company Liability

  • Star Wings acts as a facilitator only

  • Refund approval depends solely on immigration authorities

  • Refunds issued only to the original payer/sponsor


C. Airline Ticketing Services

  • Domestic & International Tickets

  • Group & Multi-city bookings

  • Rebooking & Refund Processing (as per airline rules)

  • Seat selection, meals, baggage

Terms:

  • Fares are controlled by airlines

  • Airline penalties apply

  • Refunds may take 30–90 days


D. Hotel Reservations

  • Global hotel bookings

  • Resorts, apartments, villas, holiday homes

Terms:

  • Subject to supplier cancellation policies

  • Peak season bookings are non-refundable


E. Holiday & Tour Packages

  • Customized & fixed packages

  • Honeymoon, family, corporate travel

Terms:

  • Full payment required before confirmation

  • Packages are non-refundable once confirmed


F. Transport & Transfers

  • Private & shared transfers

  • Chauffeur, limousine, buses

Terms:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% charge


G. Excursions & Tickets

  • Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise, City Tours

  • Theme parks, Burj Khalifa, Global Village

Terms:

  • All tickets are non-refundable

  • Subject to weather and availability


H. Corporate Travel Services

  • MICE services

  • Business travel management

  • Long-term contracts


I. Insurance Services

  • Travel & medical insurance

  • Baggage & trip coverage


4. Booking & Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfer

  • Payment Links

  • Tabby / Tamara (if available)


Non-Refundable Policy

All services are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Visas

  • Tickets

  • Hotels

  • Packages

  • Transfers

  • Excursions

  • Insurance


5. High-Risk Payments & Card Verification

For payments above AED 3,000, verification is mandatory.

Required Documents

  • Cardholder ID/passport

  • Card image showing:

    • First 4 & last 4 digits

    • Cardholder name

    • Hidden CVV and expiry

Company Rights

  • Hold booking until verification

  • Cancel/refund if verification fails

  • Report fraud to UAE authorities


6. Client Verification Responsibility

Clients must verify all issued documents immediately:

  • Name (as per passport)

  • Passport details

  • Travel dates

  • Hotel bookings

  • Visa validity

  • Transfers & schedules

Error Reporting

  • Must be reported within 48 hours

  • After that, all corrections are chargeable


7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to enhance user experience in line with our Privacy Policy.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Star Wings and protected by law.


9. User Content

Users confirm that shared content:

  • Is lawful and owned by them

  • Is not harmful or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content.


10. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Airline or hotel issues

  • Visa decisions

  • Third-party services

  • Force majeure events


12. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time.


13. Privacy

Use of services implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.


14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the UAE.


15. Governing Law

Governed by UAE laws.


16. Severability

Invalid clauses do not affect remaining terms.
