UAE Border-to-Border Visa Change Procedure

1. Initial Inquiry & Document Submission
   The client should first check visa change availability with the travel agent and provide the required documents, including:

   • Passport copy

   • Passport-size photograph with white background

   • Current visit visa copy or cancellation paper

   • Preferred travel date

2. Availability Confirmation
   The travel agent will verify seat and processing availability for the requested travel date.

3. Payment Confirmation
   Once availability is confirmed, the client must proceed with the payment to secure the booking.

4. Bus Ticket Issuance
   After payment confirmation, the travel agent will issue the bus ticket.
   Important: Bus tickets are strictly non-refundable.

5. Overstay Fine Payment (If Applicable)
   Clients with overstay fines must settle the fines at the designated Amer Center (24/7 service available) on the travel date before border processing.

6. Pickup & Border Departure

   • The bus ticket will include the pickup location details.

   • The client must arrive at the mentioned pickup point on time.

   • Border fees should be paid directly to the assigned agent at the pickup location.

   • Clients are advised to carefully read all instructions and details mentioned on the ticket before travel.

7. Exit Process & Visa Application
   After crossing the border, the passenger must send a clear copy/photo of the exit stamp from the passport to the travel agent immediately.
   Upon receiving the exit stamp, the travel agent will start processing the new UAE visa without delay.

8. Accommodation & Waiting Period
   During the visa processing period, the passenger will stay at the arranged accommodation, hotel, or hostel while waiting for visa approval.

9. Visa Approval & Return Arrangement
   Once the UAE visa is approved, the travel agent will share the approved visa copy with the passenger and inform them to report to the accommodation office.
   The accommodation office will then confirm the passenger’s return seat arrangement.

10. Possible Delays
    In some cases, visa approval may be delayed due to UAE immigration system issues or technical downtime. During such situations, passengers must wait until approval is received.
    After approval, the return journey will be arranged according to the nearest available bus schedule and seat availability.

Terms & Conditions

• Document Responsibility
  The client must provide valid and clear documents, including:

  Any delay caused by incomplete or incorrect documents will be the client’s responsibility.

  • Passport copy

  • Passport-size photo with white background

  • Current visa copy or cancellation paper

• Availability Confirmation
  Travel and visa processing are subject to seat availability, immigration approval, and operational conditions.

• Payment Policy
  Full payment must be completed after booking confirmation. Processing will only begin after payment is received.

• Non-Refundable Tickets
  All bus tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

• Overstay Fines
  Clients with overstay fines must pay all penalties directly at the authorized Amer Center or immigration counter before travel. The company is not responsible for unpaid fines or travel delays caused by them.

• Border Fees
  Border crossing fees and related charges must be paid directly to the assigned border representative or agent at the pickup location unless otherwise informed.

• Travel Timing
  Clients must arrive at the pickup point on time. Missing the bus or late arrival may result in cancellation of travel without refund.

• Immigration Approval
  UAE visa approval is solely under the authority of UAE Immigration. The company cannot guarantee approval and is not responsible for rejections, delays, or additional security checks.

• Processing Delays
  Visa processing may occasionally be delayed due to:

  Clients must wait until approval is received before return travel arrangements can be confirmed.

  • Immigration system maintenance

  • Public holidays

  • Government procedures

  • Technical issues

• Accommodation During Processing
  Clients may stay in accommodation, hotel, or hostel during the waiting period. Accommodation rules and charges must be respected by the client.

• Exit Stamp Requirement
  After border exit, the client must immediately send a clear copy/photo of the passport exit stamp to the travel agent to begin visa processing.

• Return Travel Arrangement
  Return bus arrangements depend on visa approval timing and seat availability. In case of delays, the nearest available return schedule will be provided.

• Personal Responsibility
  Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, and compliance with UAE and border authority regulations throughout the journey.

• Policy Changes
  Immigration rules, visa fees, and border procedures may change without prior notice according to UAE government regulations.
